What we look for in new consultants
We are highly selective in who we recruit. While there is no one “typical” profile at Molten, we look for the following attributes:
- A complete focus on adding value to clients and on developing and maintaining commercial relationships
- Significant consulting experience, often with a “Big 4” or other recognised high-quality consulting firm
- A demonstrable track record of working with blue-chip organisations to deliver outstanding value and results
- A specialisation in one of our core service offerings gained from proven hands-on implementation experience
- An entrepreneurial outlook and a strong desire to make a major contribution to shaping and growing a successful business
