We aim to offer our consultants fulfilling and rewarding careers that balance delivering exceptional results for our clients with personal self-development.

Whilst each consultant is expected to routinely delight their clients, they are also encouraged to actively contribute to their own development through non-client time spent developing our services and growing the firm. There is significant opportunity to learn from others through a strong team-working ethos and ingrained culture of seeking others’ input to key deliverables, both internal and client facing.

We operate a flat organisational structure, with three non-Director grades:

  • Consultant: typically with 2-5 years’ prior experience

  • Senior Consultant: 5-7 years’ experience

  • Principal Consultant: with 7+ years’ experience including a significant business development
    track record

Each consultant is assigned two line-managers who will provide career development advice and guidance. Base salaries are consistent with consulting industry averages, whilst overall remuneration including bonus is top decile, as benchmarked against the consulting industry. Each bonus is determined through a range of performance measures, including quality of client work, practice and service development, fees earned and behaviours demonstrated. Successful Molten consultants are ambitious, dynamic, driven and focused, with an overwhelming commitment to both personal and corporate success.
