Every day our consultants work alongside our clients to adapt to market issues and opportunities. We design and then implement major transformation programmes. From time to time we are asked to look at particular processes that are overburdened by cost or that are not fit for purpose. In developing solutions to new processes or new organisations we implement and seek to maximise the benefit of new technologies. We do many programmes that improve organisational effectiveness and team performance.
We have offices in London, Moscow and Hong Kong. In each of our chosen markets and sectors we have built long-term relationships with some of the world's leading organisations. Our clients include: global integrated oil and gas companies, cleantech companies and their investors, global investment banks, retail banks and financial services firms, private equity and venture capital firms, high-street retailers, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies, and Government agencies.
