Oil Supermajor (Upstream): Evaluated functional and commercial benefits of moving to an integrated set of processes and tools across the client’s entire major capital project portfolio along with their subsequent implementation. This included providing the client with a roadmap, identifying process inconsistencies, key risks and their mitigation
Oil Major (Upstream): Developed a cross-border Upstream petrotechnical data management strategy and its underpinning operating model. This included leading strategic change across data governance and professional discipline work-streams.
Oil Supermajor (upstream): Designed target operating model for the global data management (GDM) organisation spanning over 12 regions throughout the world. This included reviewing the current model, designing and implement a new global service catalogue establishing standardisation across the GDM organisation, providing recommendations and support to the oil supermajor Upstream vendor manager.
Global Insurance Company: Took over responsibility of programme PMO from a 3rd party consultancy and subsequently transitioned PMO to an in house team, once stabilised. Molten were engaged to provide rigor and assurance around programme execution. Total programme cost was approximately £120m involving 300 consultants from multiple vendors.
