Below is a biography from one of our Principal Consultants, Sarah Halverson.

Since joining Molten in 2005, I have had the opportunity to work with a number of our clients in the Financial Services and Energy sectors on a diverse range of engagements. My projects at Molten have included programme management and assurance for major IT transformations; the development and implementation of governance, risk management and quality assurance frameworks; leading due diligence and transaction support services; initiating organisational cost reduction strategies; and operational planning.

The opportunity to work with very talented and like-minded colleagues and our impressive portfolio of clients has been crucial to my career and professional development.
